Dissociative identity
“Dissociative identity” Is a medical term describing a mental disorder characterized by the maintenance of at least two distinct and relatively enduring personality states. Using the term as the book title sprouts from the mindset in which Yvan Deng finds himself when he tries to understand the different personae and designer interpretations while creating a piece of art.
The Book describes the story of the artist, his earliest beginnings, the throes and woes paving the way, the smallest and biggest of victories.
Emotional speed painting, ceramics, paintings and photography. It’s the all-inclusive Yvan Deng tale of trial and error. And conquest.
